Data Deletion Instructions

If you signed in to ÈLIVA using Facebook and would like to request deletion of personal data associated with your account, please contact us at info@elivaofficial.com.

Please send your request from the email address associated with your ÈLIVA account and include “Data Deletion Request” in the subject.

We will process eligible deletion requests in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Certain transaction and order information may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or tax purposes.

You can also remove ÈLIVA's access to your Facebook account from your Facebook Apps and Websites settings.
